Girls Camp 2008

I survived girls camp this week! I am proud to say although I picked ticks off several people I had none on myself! This year camp was held at the Cuivre River. We stayed in cabins but I have decided I prefer a tent. A tent is not already occupied by roaches, ticks and mice. The beds were nice though, beat the heck out of sleeping on the ground.
I had lots of fun with the girls. They braided my hair, painted my nails and we giggled till the wee hours. We had spiritual lessons, team building, fun crafts, kitchen duties but I must tell you about our favorite night. We all packed in my van for an illegal movie. 4 people in the middle row and 6 in the back and trunk area. We watched Baptist at our Barbeque. We laughed so hard and I am sure the girls will not soon forget that squished crazy night when the leaders broke the rules. It was fun. Now I am home and enjoying the chaos that is mine for eternity. The boys are all good, happy and healthy.
